TURNER Funeral Services for Frieda M. Turner, 82, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 11, 2013 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Job Edathinatt officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Calhoun, LA. Frieda was born February 16, 1930 in Burgberg, Germany and passed away on February 8, 2013 in West Monroe, LA. She and her husband and their two girls traveled the world during his 22 years of service in the US Army. She was very strong in her faith, she never complained, she was always grateful for everything in life, especially her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 of years, Arvie E. Turner; her parents, Friedrich & Katharina Moser of Burgberg, Germany; two brothers and two sisters and by her in-laws whom she was very close to, Gordon and Lucille Turner of Marion, LA. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Nash of Calhoun, LA; grandson, John Nash and wife, Laura of West Monroe, LA; great granddaughter, Lyric Nash; daughter, Martha McDonald and husband, Doug of Conroe, TX; grandchildren, Brawner McDonald and Katlyn McDonald of Houston, TX; sisters, Maria Bleicher and husband, Robert of Burgberg, Germany, and Antonie Dummann and husband, Heinz of Burgberg, Germany; brother-in-law, Kenneth Turner of Marion, LA , sister-in-law, Annie Maurice Jeffers of Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be her two grandsons John Nash & Brawner McDonald, Darrell Williams, Ricky Taylor, Jimmy Turner, Robert Pickard and John Bourge.
