JOHN TURNER


Funeral Services for John Turner, 76, of Sterlington, LA will be held at 11:00 
AM, Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe with Rev. 
Jarred Hawthorne and Rev. Kurt Auger officiating. Interment will follow at 
Roselawn Cemetery in Calhoun, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home 
of Monroe.

Mr. Turner was born on May 10, 1937 in Calhoun, LA and passed away on May 27, 
2013 in Monroe, LA. He retired from Angus Chemical in Sterlington as a 
supervisor. He was a member of Paron Baptist Church and was an avid hunter and 
fisherman.

He is survived by his wife, Nellie Turner; 2 children, Debbie Earl and Todd 
Turner and wife, Anna; sister, Jeannie Stewart and husband, Mack; and 2 
grandchildren, Allison Earl and Dylan Turner.

Pallbearers will be Joe Wheeler, Jason Wheeler, Gary Tubbs, Don Freeman, Chris 
Collinsworth, and James Wells.

Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM, 
Wednesday, May 29, 2013.
