MR. JOHN MALCOLM TURNER 

Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA 

Graveside Services for Mr. John Malcolm Turner, 74, of West Monroe, LA will be 
held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 6, 2008 at the Beulah Methodist Church 
Cemetery in Calhoun, LA with Rev. Marlin Betts officiating under the direction 
of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Mr. Turner was born on March 14, 
1933 in Choudrant, LA and passed away on January 3, 2008 at the Landmark 
Nursing Home in West Monroe, LA. He was a retired Truck Driver with Manville 
Paper Co. Mr. Turner is preceded in death by his parents, Theodore Marvin 
Turner and Adeline Hogan Turner and his infant daughter. Survivors include his 
children, Don Turner and wife Marsha, Gwen Parks and husband Jerry and Janetta 
Peavy and husband Jerry; five grandchildren, Jason Turner, Ken House, Kelli 
Ketchell, Kevin House and Kayla House; five great grandchildren, Christian 
Gullette, Kennedy House, Grace House, Jacie Turner and Jadon Turner; brother, 
Roy Turner and wife Carolyn; nephews, Chris Turner and Brandon Turner; great 
niece, Abigail Turner. Pallbearers will be Jason Turner, Ken House, Chris 
Turner, Brandon Turner, Jerry Parks and Jerry Peavy. Visitation will be from 
5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday, January 5, 2008 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West 
Monroe, LA. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Caregivers 
of Landmark Nursing Home and also to the staff of Hospice Care of Louisiana. 
Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
