Sunday, January 2, 2011, at the First United Methodist Church in West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Jon Tellifero officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Charlie was born on March 3, 1935, in New Orleans, LA, and passed away on December 30, 2010, in West Monroe, LA, after a brief illness. He was a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church in West Monroe, LA. Mr. Twilbeck served his country in the United States Air Force, where he was stationed in Anchorage, AK. He loved woodworking. Mr. Charlie is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Agatha Volk Twilbeck; brother, Carl Roger Twilbeck and by his grandmother, Leona Parr Volk. Survivors include his wife, Pat Twilbeck; daughter, Lynne Twilbeck Delgado and husband, Edward Delgado Jr.; granddaughter, Krystalynne Delgado; sisters, Carolyn Twilbeck Hornyak and husband, Steve and Anna Claire Twilbeck Kuhne and husband, Karl and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 2, 2011, at First United Methodist Church in West Monroe, LA, from 1:00 P.M. until Service Time.
