PAULINE USREY

Funeral services for Pauline Usrey, 99, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 
10:00 AM, Thursday, November 20, 2014 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home 
West Monroe. Bro. Ray Jones will officiate. Interment will follow at Pleasant 
Grove Cemetery Choudrant, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home 
West Monroe.

Mrs. Usrey was born January 26, 1915 in Union Parish, LA and passed away 
November 16, 2014 in West Monroe, LA. She was affectionately known as "Granny" 
by her friends and family. She was an active member of Home Demonstration Club 
and West Ouachita Senior Center.

Mrs. Usrey was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Usrey; infant 
daughter, Baby Usrey; son, George "Pete" Usrey and daughter-in-law Jean; two 
sisters, Lucille Owen and Shirley Nagel.

Mrs. Usrey is survived by her daughter, Eston Lawson and husband Claude; 
granddaughters; Tonya Permenter, Karen McGrew and husband Scott; grandson, 
Randy Lawson and wife Gwen; 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; 
several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM 
at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

The family expresses deep gratitude for the compassionate care provided by the 
staff of West Monroe Guest House and Hospice Compassus.
