Private Funeral Services for Mr. Jackie Lee Vines, 56, of West Monroe were 
held at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA. Burial followed at Hasley 
Cemetery, West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Vines was born July 4, 1952 in Monroe, LA and passed away January 26, 2009 
in West Monroe, LA. He is preceded in death by his parents, John R. and 
Colleen M. Vines.

Survivors include his sister, Johnnie Vines Phillips and husband Greg; niece, 
Kenda Ducote and husband Darren; great niece, Addison Claire Ducote; and 
aunts, Frances Scarbrough, Catherine Norris, Vera Hughes, and Marie Platt.

Memorials may be made to "The Church" building fund, 1945 Garrett Road, 
Monroe, LA 71203.
