JACKIE LEE VOORHEES

Private family graveside services for Jackie Lee Voorhees, 86, of Monroe, will 
be held at St. Matthew Cemetery Mausoleum with Rev. Frank Coens officiating, 
under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Ms. Voorhees passed away Monday, August 5, 2013, at the Guest House in West 
Monroe. She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church and served St. Francis 
Auxiliary "Pink Ladies" for many years.

Ms. Voorhees was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Mildred Renaud 
Voorhees; and brother, Lloyd Voorhees, Jr.

Survivors include her brother, Robert Roosevelt Voorhees and wife Peggy; 
sister, Janet Voorhees Golson and husband Glenn, Sr.; very special sister-in-
law, Barbara Voorhees; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Matthew Catholic Church.
