Funeral services for Mrs. Jeannie Wade, 56, of West Monroe will be held at 
10:00 AM Thursday, October 1, 2009 in the Immanuel Worship and Fellowship 
Church with Rev. Billy Taylor, David Mullins and David Sission officiating. 
Interment will follow at Mt. Vernon Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Wade was born June 1, 1953 in Tyler,Texas and passed away on September 
28, 2009 in West Monroe, LA. She loved her grandchildren and her church.

She is preceded in death by her father, Alford H. Bartlett and daughter, Wendy 
Alexis Wade.

She is survived by her husband of 38 Years, Rev. Buddy Wade; sons, Lannis Wade 
and wife Michelle and Donnie Wade; grandchildren, James, Skylar and Sierra 
Wade; mother and step-father, Billie and Bob Smith; sister, Alphia Mudeene and 
husband Tommy; brothers, Alford Ray Bartlett and wife Mellonie and Donald 
Allen Bartlett and wife Claudette; numerous nieces and nephews and special 
friends, B.J. and David Sission.

Pallbearers will be Lannis Wade, Brad Weems, David Neathery, Scooter Day, Alex 
Bell, and Michael Bartlett.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dakin, Dusty, and Darin Bell and James and Skylar 
Wade.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday at Immanuel Worship 
and Fellowship Church.

Memorials may be made to the Immanuel Worship and Fellowship Church.
