Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, Louisiana 

Funeral services for Mr. Jerry David Wainwright, 59, of West Monroe, LA will be 
held at 10:00 AM Monday, December 31, 2007 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West 
Monroe with Rev. Raymond Gill officiating. Interment to follow at Hall 
Cemetery, off Highway 15 in Monroe, LA, under the direction of Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home of West Monroe. Mr. Wainwright was born February 4, 1948 in 
Monroe, LA and passed away December 26, 2007 in West Monroe, Louisiana. Mr. 
Wainwright was employed with the Louisiana Department of Transportation as a 
mobile operator, with 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his 
parents, Robert Beverly Wainwright and Lillian Vera Wainwright; brothers: J. C. 
Shepherd and Bo Shepherd; uncles: Delbert Wainwright and Claude Wainwright; and 
an aunt: Ellna Lewis. Mr. Wainwrigtht is survived by two children: Jay 
Wainwright and Vera Wainwright of West Monroe, LA; brother: Mike Eppinette of 
West Monroe; sister: Shirley Poll of Shreveport, LA; uncle: Arvis Froust and 
wife, Helen of West Monroe, LA, and the mother of the children: Shelia 
Wainwright. Pallbearers will be Marshall Evans, Rodney Finley, Mike Eppinette, 
Charles Lewis, Willie Hardwell, Tommy Giovingo, Rayford Miller and Venoy Hall. 
Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West 
Monroe, LA.
