ETTA LEE WOMACK WARD

Funeral Services for Mrs. Etta Lee Womack Ward, 82, of West Monroe, LA will be 
held at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 11, 2012 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. Danny Hawthorne and Rev. Braxton Humphries 
officiating. Interment will follow in the Hasley Cemetery.

Mrs. Ward was born on December 5, 1929 in Clarks, LA and died in Baton Rouge, 
LA on October 8, 2012. She was a charter member of Bethel Baptist Church in 
West Monroe, LA and was a Legal Secretary for numerous law firms in the Twin 
Cities. Mrs. Ward is preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest Womack; 
son, Gary Womack; daughter, Susan Womack; second husband, Hugh Ward and 
granddaughter, Kristy Meredith.

Survivors include her daughter, Tina Debrow and husband, Lynn; grandchildren, 
Mary Meredith and husband, Kevin, Joe Willis and wife, Ericka, Jenny Wallace 
and husband, Jake, Lori Womack, Shelley Owen and husband, Darren, David Womack 
and Brandon Powell; great grandchildren, Steven Meredith, Kristin Meredith, 
BreAnn Nolan, Baylea Meredith, Hayley Owen, Caden Willis, Mason Willis, Emma 
Womack, Brennan Womack, Pierce Evans and Payton Blanton; great great 
granddaughter, Mary Beth Garcia; sister, Shirley Freeman and husband, Sonny; 
daughter-in-law, Sharon Womack and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be David Womack, Brandon Powell, Kevin Meredith, Joe Willis, 
Darren Owen, and Bobby Freeman.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 10, 2012 
at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church in Mrs. Ward's honor.
