VIRGINIA CRAWFORD WATSON

Funeral services for Virginia Crawford Watson, 85, of Rayville, LA will be 
held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at First Baptist Church, Rayville 
with Rev. John Albright of the Rayville Presbyterian Church officiating. 
Interment will follow in the Start Cemetery, Start, LA under the direction 
of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Virginia was born February 19, 1929 in Mangham, LA to W. Clifton Crawford 
and Ida Joyner Crawford and passed away Saturday, September 20, 2014 in 
Monroe, LA.

Virginia married L.E. Watson on February 14, 1948. He preceded her on August 
17, 1988. She loved being "in the know" and still has her bag packed ready 
to travel. She was a member of the Zebedee Baptist Church and she attended 
the Rayville Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her five children, Kathie Lambert and husband, Fred of 
Rayville, Leslie Watson and wife, Vickie of Waverly, Sue Hill and husband, 
Ronnie of Rayville, Sandra Watson of Rayville, and Walter Watson and 
companion, Tonya of Rayville; 5-grandchildren and 9-great grandchildren; 
brother, Virgil E. Crawford of Rayville and sister, Ethelle Fountain of 
Westhampton Beach, NY. Her travel partners, Jane Rice and Uncle Ted 
Crawford; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Pallbearers are David Watson, Bobby Mullins, Chris Clark, Jay Spillers, Andy 
French, Lee Mullins, Jonathan French, Scott Crawford, Craig Crawford, James 
Gee, and Nicholas Gee.

Visitation is 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday at Brown-Holley Funeral Home, 
Rayville.
