Larry Foster and Rev. Keith D. Butler officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M., until the funeral time at 2:00 P.M. at the church. Burial will be in the Legion Memorial Cemetery in Newellton, La. under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah. Mr. Webb died in St. Joseph, La. Tuesday. He was born in Newellton, La., and had lived most of his life in Tensas Parish. He was a farmer and was a charter member of Wesley Chapel Methodist Church. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Cross Keys Bank, a member of the board of Tensas Warehouse Inc., and Tensas Coop Gin. He also served in the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Wanda Sue Webb of St. Joseph, a daughter, Kay Barfield and husband Mark of Leesburg, Ga., 2 step daughters, Carla Morrisson and husband Phillip of Etta, Ms., and Donna Ratcliff and husband Rusty of St. Joseph, 1 step son, Thomas Monson, 1 sister, Johnnie Morrison of Harahan, La., 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, a special nephew, Daryl Head of St. Joseph, 1 sister in law, Rue Lewis, and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Webb was preceded in death by his first wife, Henrietta Mason Webb, his parents, John William Webb and Henri Grace Duke Webb, 1 sister, Sandra Head and 1 half brother, Kenneth Lewis, and 2 brothers-in-law, Terry Head and Bill Morrison. Pallbearers will be Mark Barfield, Phillip Morrisson, Rusty Ratcliff, Hunter Barfield, Randy Morrisson, Russ Ratcliff, and Daryl Head. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tensas Academy, P.O. Box 555, St. Joseph, La., 71366.
