Billie, 85, of Bossier City, LA, passed away October 09, 2016, at her home. She was born November 09, 1930 in Provencal, LA. She was a strong and lovable lady; she was the quintessential example of a Southern Belle. She tried to always wear a smile, and had a sweet and kind nature about her. She was a teacher for almost 30 years, starting in Natchitoches Parish and later moved to Ouchita Parish at Woodlawn Elementary School. She loved dealing in Real Estate, whether it was buying, building, or selling homes; she absolutely lived for estate sales, never missing a chance to attend one if she could; and she made great effort to always watch Dr. Phil during her afternoons. She made her mark on everyone around her in a wonderful way, and will be greatly missed by all of her family, students, and friends. She is survived by two daughters, Terri Dison and husband Larry of West Monroe, LA and Eddye Beth Westbrook of Bossier City, LA; one son, Ben L. Westbrook and wife Terrie of Minden, LA; one grandson, Leslie Westbrook and wife Laura of Lafayette, LA; one brother, E.L. Moss Jr. and his wife Glenda of Provencal, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, B.F. Westbrook; and her parents, Enoch Leslie Moss, Sr. and Opal Dale Moss. Those honored to be pallbearers will be Tracy Moss, Leslie Westbrook, Rusty Moss, Larry Dison, Kenny Durr, and Wayne Choate.
