Interment will follow in the Rocky Branch Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Frances Fritz White was born on August 5, 1929 in Rochelle, LA and passed away on January 12, 2012 at her residence in West Monroe, LA. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who loved to create with her hands. She considered each of her children and grandchildren a unique gift from God. Mrs. White was a housewife and took that role seriously. She was proud of her children and their accomplishments. She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Lawrence White Jr., and her parents, Edward Dayton Fritz and Frances Smith Fritz McDow. Mrs. White loved her place of worship at Cedar Crest Baptist Church and her pastor, Dr. Greg Clark. Survivors include her daughters, Shirley Smith and husband, Derwood and Deborah White Painich; son, David White; grandchildren, Jared White, Lisa Painich Tarver and husband, Mark, and Joey Painich and wife, Allison; great grandchildren, Maddie and Nate Painich, Payton, Sierra and Mason Tarver; brother, John McDow and wife, Gail and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be David White, Joey Painich, Mark Tarver, Payton Tarver, Derwood Smith and Jared White. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until Service Time on Saturday at Cedar Crest Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to the Cedar Crest Baptist Church Building Fund in West Monroe, LA.
