MARY CASTLE WHITEHEAD

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Castle Whitehead, 73, of Downsville, LA will 
be 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 5, 2015 at Providence Baptist Church in Point, 
LA. Dr. Johnny Sanders and Rev. Jimmy Yocum will officiate. Interment will 
follow at Acree Cemetery in Point, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home, West Monroe. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 
P.M., Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Providence Baptist Church in Point, LA.

Mary was born on October 8, 1941 in East Carroll Parish, LA and passed away 
at home on January 2, 2015. She was a homemaker and a member of Providence 
Baptist Church in Point, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, 
Joseph and Ebbie Lynch Hobby, and her brothers, Donald Ray Castle and John 
Clemmie Castle.

Mary is survived by her husband, Ronald Wayne Whitehead; son, Donald Wayne 
Whitehead and wife, JoAnn; daughter, LaRonica Lynn Whitehead; grandchildren, 
Anna Kathryn "Katie" Whitehead and Victoria Grace "Tori" Whitehead; sister, 
Louise Rushing and husband, Bill; sisters-in-law, Nancy Whitehead Biggs, 
Celie Guice Whitehead, and Marie Williams Whitehead; brothers-in-law, Larry 
Whitehead and wife Ethel, and Bobby Whitehead and wife Sherry; numerous 
nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Joe Keith Rushing, Rory Whitehead, Charles Simpson, Steve 
Bearden, Todd Whitehead, Roy "Bubba" Whitehead, Jr., Bobby Littleton, Travis 
Guice and Billy Castle. Honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of 
Providence Baptist Church.
