JEAN WILLIAMS

Funeral services for Jean Williams, 85, of Crowville will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, 
February 25, 2013 at Crowville First Baptist Church with Rev. Marion Collier, 
Rev. Gordon Donahoe, Dr. Keith Dowden, Shane Williams, Ann Hyatt and Janet 
Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow in Delhi Masonic Cemetery. 
Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Gill 
First National Funeral Home.

Mrs. Jean Walters Williams passed away Friday February 22, 2013 at Our Lady of 
the Lake hospital in Baton Rouge after a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband Billy Ray Williams; her 
parents Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Walters and sister Jan Kent of Zachary.

She was born in Memphis, TN September 7, 1927 and moved to Franklin Parish at a 
very young age where she resided until her death. Mrs. Williams was very active 
in her church, serving as Sunday school teacher, song director and also as W. 
M. U. director in Deer Creek Association for over fifty years.

Our mother touched so many lives, which are too numerous to count through her 
service to the lord. She was so loved and will be sorely missed by all who knew 
her.

Survivors include three sons: Billy G. Williams and wife Ethel, Danny R. 
Williams and wife Paula, Guy S. Williams and wife Maria; three sisters: Mrs. 
Jerry Fousse; Mrs. Jackie Boyd and husband Baker; Mrs. Jo Anne Diebold and 
husband Joe; 12 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 8 great great 
grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Ronny Fousse, Joey Smith, Robert Strickland, Chad Williams, 
Joey Williams and Shane Williams.

Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Boyd, Greg Diebold, Nick Poulos and Sean 
Williams
