Sterlington Road, Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Mrs. Evelyn Gibbs Williams, 85, of Oak Ridge, LA will be 
held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, Oak 
Ridge, LA with Rev. Claud Hughes officiating. Interment will follow at Oak 
Ridge Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, 
Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Mrs. Williams was born November 8, 1923 and passed away December 13, 2008.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Phillip Williams and her 
parents, Emmett Norwood and Mabel Hill Gibbs.

Survivors include son, Phillip McRae Williams and wife Toni of Oak Ridge, LA; 
daughters, Kathleen W. McAleney and husband Peter of Portland, ME and Marilyn 
W. Jernigan and husband Jimmy of Dallas, TX; grandson, James Matthew Hill 
McAleney and wife Rebecca; granddaughter, Heather Nicole Williams Heydens and 
husband Jason; great grandson, George Thomas Heydens; great granddaughter, 
Josephine Michelle McAleney.

Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM Monday, December 15, 2008 at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Pallbearers will be Dr. Louie Crook, Johnnie Fitch, Charles Green, Henry E. 
Stevenson Jr., Andy Barham, and George Young.

Any planned memorials may be made to Oak Ridge Baptist Church or your favorite 
charity
