EUGENIA MARTYNIUK WILLIAMS

Funeral services for Mrs. Eugenia "Jeannie" Martyniuk Williams of West Monroe 
will be 11:00am Saturday, October 10, 2015 at the chapel of Griffin Funeral 
Home West Monroe. Interment will follow at Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson, 
La. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 8:00pm Friday, October 9, 2015 at the 
funeral home.

Mrs. Williams was born December 2, 1949 in Caldwell Parish, La and passed from 
this life on October 8, 2015 in Lincoln Parish, La at the age of 65. She was a 
retired educator at George Welch Elementary. She enjoyed sewing, arts & crafts 
and collecting sock monkeys. Above all else, she enjoyed spending time with her 
family, especially her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie & Stanley Martyniuk and one 
brother, Stan Martyniuk.

Survivors include her husband of four years, Roger Williams; one daughter, 
Leslie Martyniuk Barnett & husband Wayne; one sister, Doris Robinson & husband 
Arthur; two grandchildren, Trace & Paige Barnett; two step-grandchildren, 
Ashley and Dannon Williams; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins 
and many special friends
