LILA LEE FORTENBERRY WILLIAMS

Lila Lee Fortenberry Williams, born February 9th, 1925 passed away on February 
17th, 2016 at the age of 91 years old.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl B. "Flash" Williams; her 
parents, Perry Norman Fortenberry & Sarah Ella Jones Fortenberry; her sisters 
Roma Hutchison and husband Sam, Gladyce Gallaspy and husband Glenn, Dale 
Agusiewicz and husband Henry, Alyce Davis and husband Jiles; her brothers 
Horace Fortenberry and wife Narvelle, George Fortenberry and wife Isaleyne, 
Guy Fortenberry and wife Violet.

She is survived by her daughters, Donna Nolan, Mary Alyce Claridge and husband 
Kenneth, Earlene Bonin and husband Dick; 8 grandchildren and 14 great-
grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Williams worked by her husband's side as owner of Williams Studio of 
Photography for many years. Her family will always remember her warm smile and 
kind nature. Mrs. Williams donated her body to LSU Medical Center in 
Shreveport for medical research.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. Anyone 
wanting to make a memorial in her name, please do to the charity of your 
choice .
