BERNICE WILLIAMS

Bernice "Bonnie" Williams passed from this life on September 26, 2016. She 
takes with her the Greer - Cumpton legacy to join in the afterlife with her 
husband, Robert Roy "Bob" Williams and their son Robert Roy "Bobby" 
Williams, II.

"Miss Bonnie" as known in the community was small in stature, but large in 
presence.

Being one of eight children through the marriage of Lester Wayne and Jodie 
Cumpton whose roots are deeply embedded in the Rayville Community. 

Early travels and life experiences took her to various locations always 
connecting with people and remaining fondly in their hearts. 

The Rayville United Methodist Church was a big part of her heart and soul. 
Always willing to embrace the needs of others. She was a blessing to have 
walked the path of life through its trials and joys to be long remembered by 
her children, grandchildren, and many relatives.

Interred with her will be the ashes of her son, Robert Roy "Bobby" Williams, 
II.

Services will be at the Rayville United Methodist Church on Saturday, 
October 1, 2016 with visitation at 10:00 AM and service at 11:00 AM with 
Rev. John Kavanaugh officiating. Interment will follow in the Rayville 
Masonic Cemetery, Rayville, LA.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Rayville United Methodist 
Church, 905 Louisa St, Rayville, LA 71269
