ARLIS RELTON WILLIS

Funeral services for Arlis Relton Willis, 92, of Monroe, LA will be held at 1:00 
PM, Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe with Rev. 
Laymond Tucker officiating. Interment will follow at Hurricane Grove Cemetery in 
Sikes, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.

Mr. Willis was born on November 11, 1921 in Sikes, LA and passed away on 
September 1, 2014 in Monroe, LA. He served in World War II in the South Pacific 
and retired from the Air Force in 1960. He then was employed by the Federal 
Aviation Agency from which he retired. He enjoyed the outdoors and being with 
his family and playing his guitar. He was preceded in death by a daughter, 
Patricia Ann Willis Lucas.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Rolen Willis; sons, James Patrick Willis and 
Jon Timothy Willis; grandsons, Patrick DeWayne Willis, James Richard Willis; 
granddaughters, Robin Kathleen Lucas, Amanda Renee Willis, Lee Ann Lucas; great 
grandsons, Matthew Payne Willis and Garrett Lucas, Parker; great granddaughters, 
Sarah Kate Willis, Hannah Grace Willis, Hannah Page Willis, Maggie Beth Willis, 
Hailee Grace Moffett, Elizabeth Grace Mizell, Katelyn Paige Mizell, Abigail, 
Faith Mizell, and Olivia Wren Parker.

Pallbearers will be, Patrick Dewayne Willis, James Richard Willis, Matthew Payne 
Willis, Donald Ray Mizell, Jeremy Parker, and Keith Cragg.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.
