Friday September 14, 2012 at Cypress Street Church of God in West Monroe with Rev. Dennis Anger officiating. Interment will be in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Quitman, LA, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe, LA. Mrs. Wilson was born on February 11, 1932 in Friendship, LA, and passed away on September 10, 2012 in Monroe, LA. She was a member of the Cypress Street Church of God in West Monroe. Mrs. Wilson was a registered nurse having graduated from the Charity School of Nursing in New Orleans. She had a love for art painting. She is preceded in death by her parents, Emanuel and Trudie Bullock, son, Kevin Wilson, and brother, Arthur Bullock. Survivors include her husband, Joe E. Wilson, children, Kim Trichel and husband Charles, Kayne Beard and husband Roman, Jason Wilson and wife Michelle; grandchildren, Nick Trichel, Charles Trichel, Lacy McCarthy, Adrianna Beard, Gavin Beard, Piper Beard, Chelsea West, and Jarod West; three great grandchildren; sister, Bonnie Meek; brothers, Grover, Herbert and Alvie Bullock; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Butch Hattaway, Marlon Mitchell, James Vickery, Quint Powell, Dale Morgan, and Donnie Robison. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday September 13, 2012 at Cypress Street Church of God in West Monroe. The family wishes to extend their thanks to Martha Mullins, Kathy Watts, Etta Mae Mitchell, Faye Kitchens, and First Choice Hospice. Memorials may be made to the Church of God Camp Pollock.
