JACKIE LEE WILSON

Funeral services for Mr. Jackie Lee Wilson, Sr., 62, of West Monroe, will be 
held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 12, 2013 in the chapel at Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe with Bro. Gary Hamilton officiating. Interment 
will follow at Rayville Masonic Cemetery.

Mr. Wilson passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Louisiana Heath Services 
Center in Shreveport. Jackie Lee Wilson Sr., was a resident of Ouachita Parish 
and a member of Lapine Assembly of God. He served as a licensed tankerman and a 
cook on the towboat. He was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and 
fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. His world revolved 
around his children and grandchildren.

Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Winnie Wilson; and 
brother, Hollis Franklin Wilson, Sr.

Survivors include his children, Jackie Lee Wilson, Jr., Toni Wilson, Amy 
Wilson, Paula Wilson, Christy Stansbury and sixteen grandchildren. He is also 
survived by his sisters, Betty Bennet, Carolyn Girod, Diane Middleton, Deborah 
Wilson; his brothers, James Wilson, David Wilson, Ronnie Wilson, Larry Wilson; 
and by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Wilson, Frankie Wilson, Daryl Wilson, Mike Wilson, 
Britt Clarke, and Brian Watt. Honorary pallbearers will be Willie Wilson, Joe 
Bennett, Donald Wilson, Russel Wilson, and Brandon Mulhern.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Monday, March 11, 2013 at the 
funeral home.
