Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Freddie Lamar Wilson was born on September 18, 1957 to Jimmie L. Wilson and Emily Leona Grayson and passed away on November 20, 2016. In recent years Freddie's love and primary responsibility was caring for his son, Johnathon Wilson. He was the long time owner of Shirt Shack Screen Printing and resided in West Monroe throughout his life. Freddie was a racing enthusiast in motocross and dirt track, a love handed down from his father and step-father, J. O. Ham. He was considered a mechanical genius by his friends and family. More importantly, Freddie will always be remembered as a generous person always ready to give support to a friend or stranger in need. Freddie was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Carrie Wooten, maternal grandfather, Harold Grayson; brother, John O. Ham III, father, Jimmie L. Wilson, step-father J.O. Ham, stepmother Nina W. Wilson; and friend Scott Jordan. Survivors include his cherished son, Johnathon Kerrie Wilson, beloved mother, Leona Ham, sister, Susan Ham Durand of Charleston, S C.; sister Jinina Wilson, brother, Dustin Wilson; brother, Dustin Wilson; four nephews, long time partner and special friend Ramona Beezley, and sons; Adam Rodgers and Matthew Beezley and all of his racing friends. Pallbearers Mike Barmore, Joe LeBrun, Jimmy Bice, Tommy Dixon, Ricky Martin, Henry Rogillio, Jim Teer and Chuck Deal. Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Crenshaw, Bobby Freeman, Bob Sadler, Keith Payne, David Austin, David Hargus, Bobby Massey, Ricky Sims, Ricky Lett and Don Phillips.
