Graveside Services for Mrs. Glendell Ricks Wilson, 77, of Monroe, LA will be 
2:00 PM Saturday, April 18, 2009 at Riverview Cemetery in Monroe, LA with Rev. 
Tony Smith officiating.

Glendell was born January 16, 1932 in Oak Grove, LA and passed away on April 
16, 2009 in Monroe, LA. She was a resident of the Oaks Nursing Home.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Gene Wilson; son, Carl David 
Wilson; her parents, Burrel James and Rosa Ricks; her sister, Vernell Knighten 
and brother, James Ricks.

She is survived by her daughter, Roxie Whitlock; sons, L.E. Wilson and Eddie 
Wilson; grandchildren, Shawn Whitlock, Robert Whitlock, David Whitlock, 
Michael Wilson and Karla Wilson; sisters, Alvern Snowden and Bonnie May.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, April 17, 2009 at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of the Oaks and Hospice 
Care of Louisiana for the care given to her during her stay.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the charity of your 
choice.
