Jim Reid officiating. Burial will follow in the Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Masonic Rites will be observed at the cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, until the time of the service at the church. Mr. Wise died early Sunday morning, January 8, 2012 in the Madison Parish Hospital after a long illness. He was born in Hico, LA and had lived in Madison Parish for over 47 years. He was a farmer and a member of the Masonic Lodge #308. Mr. Wise was also a Shriner, a Marine Corp veteran of the Korean war and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Tallulah. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Wasson Wise of Tallulah; one son Neil Wise of Tallulah; one daughter Brenda Folk of West Monroe; one sister Nona Michaud of Bossier City, LA and six grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Randy Lisonbee, Trey Folk, Sebe Wise, Scott Folk, Ryman Busby and Will Folk. In lieu of flowres the family requests memorials be made to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.
