CHARLES WALTER WISE

Funeral services for Charles Walter Wise, 75, of Monroe, will be held at 
2:00 PM, Monday, October 3, 2016, at Parkview Baptist Church, Monroe, LA 
with Bro. Charles Dupree officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn 
Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Mr. Wise was born June 3, 1941, in Pineville, LA and passed away Thursday, 
September 29, 2016, in Monroe, LA.

Mr. Wise was a lifelong follower of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and 
active church member his entire life. He was an active member of Parkview 
Baptist Church for the last 15 years and previously a member of Victory 
Baptist Church, Monroe, LA for 30 years. An avid gardener, devoted 
Christian, loving husband, father, and Poppa, he will be missed by many.

Mr. Wise was preceded in death by his father, Charles Edward Wise; mother, 
Elizabeth Marler Huggins; step-father, C.A. Huggins; and sister, Kenda Wise.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Lorraine Layton Wise; son, Allen 
Wise and wife Karla of Monroe, LA; daughter, Susan Price and husband Scotty 
of Alta, Iowa; grandchildren, Reagan and Abigail Wise of Monroe, LA, and 
Peyton, Drew and Harrison Price of Alta, Iowa.

Visitation will be 12:00 PM -2:00 PM, Monday, October 3, 2016, at Parkview 
Baptist Church, Monroe, LA.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Parkview Baptist Church Music 
Ministry, Bible Broadcasting Network, or a charity of your choice .
