Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday from 5-7 p.m. Brother Woody McGuffee will be officiating. Bobbie Lea Woosley was born on July 21, 1938 and after a long illness, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 23, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Woolsey, Sr.; a great grandson, Casey Lynn Chappell; by her parents, Emerick Smith and Georgia Irene Roy Smith; three sisters, Beulah Keyes, Glenn Gresham, and Vaudia Mae Gooden. She is survived by five children: Darla Cash and husband Dale, Carolyn Jackson and husband David, Marion Chappell and husband Keith, Barbara Jeselink and husband Stephen, and Robert Lee Woolsey, Jr.; seven grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren. Additionally, Bobbie is survived by one sibling: Doris Collins. Pallbearers will be her son, Robert Lee Woolsey, Jr., grandchildren: Randy Alan Haney, Michael Chappell, Christopher Chappell, Stephen Jeselink II, and Jarod Jeselink. Bobbie Lea Woolsey was a tremendous and selfless servant to the Lord Jesus Christ, her kids and grandkids; she was a member of Rocky Branch Baptist Church. In addition to being the family gardener, she never picked up a rifle or shotgun she wouldn't shoot, and never missed a chance to go out and "kill her a mess of squirrels". In addition to our extended family and friends, we would like to thank Dr. Benjamin Weinberger and staff at Oncology Associates in Monroe, and all of the Glenwood Regional Medical Center Hospitalists and Staff for providing our precious mom great care.
