JACK RAY ZEIGLER

Funeral service for Jack Ray Zeigler, 88, of West Monroe will be held at 10:00 
AM, Friday, August 31, 2012 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West 
Monroe. Rev. Tuck Roberts will be officiating. Interment will follow at 
Zeigler Cemetery Eros, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West 
Monroe.

Jack Ray Zeigler was born March 14, 1924 to Arthur Hodge Zeigler and Annie Lee 
Zeigler in Eros, LA. Jack worked on the family farm and went to Eros High 
School and graduated in 1941. He came to West Monroe and worked for Brown 
Paper Mill and the U S Post Office. Later he worked at Montgomery Ward as 
furniture manager. Jack was a member of Ridge Avenue Baptist Church. He also 
sang with a Barbershop Quartet for many years and enjoyed singing. Jack was a 
good brother and man. The Lord took care of him when he was sick; now he will 
take care of Him every day. The legacy he leaves will be remembered by all. 

He is survived by two sisters; Helen Owen and Janet Burnett; brother Don 
Zeigler Sr.; and many nephews and nieces.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Albritton, Kevin Albritton, Heath Albritton, Tim 
Zeigler, Don Zeigler, Jr. and Donald Zeigler, III.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home West Monroe.
