GOODWIN ZUBER

A private memorial service for Goodwin Zuber, 86, of Downsville will be held at 
a later date. Arrangements were made under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home 
of Farmerville.

Mr. Zuber, a residential carpenter, died August 11, 2014. He was formerly of 
West Monroe, but has been a resident of Downsville for the past 37 years. He was 
a member of Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, a former employee of Olin Kraft, and 
enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Perry & Leoda Zuber and 3 brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly G. Zuber of Downsville; son: Beverly E. 
"Butch" Zuber of Clermont, KY; daughter, Patricia Ann Bruce of West Monroe; 1 
brother, George Zuber of West Monroe; 3 sisters: Betty Jane Carter of West 
Monroe, Laura Roberts of West Monroe and Juanita Webb of Monticello, AR; 5 
grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
