James Otho Young was born 16 Jan 1909 in Grant Parish, Louisiana to James 
Washington Young and wife Eunice. James was married to Elsie Marie Carter of 
Caldwell Parish. Elsie was the daughter of Elmore Maurice Carter and Esse Mae 
Harris. James and Elsie had no children. James died 22 June 1974 in Ouachita 
Parish, Louisiana and is buried in Riverview Cemetery.
