Muse State of Louisiana Parish of Ouachita Before me Oliver J. Morgan, Parish Judge for the Parish of Ouachita and State of Louisiana, personally appeared Conrad Linderman Esq. And Marie Barbe Filhiol, widow Bourgeat, his wife who declared that a marriage is about to take place between James Fort Muse and Margaret Adelaide Bourgeat, minor daughter of the said Barbe Filhiol to which marriage these declarents do hereby give voluntary consent. In testimony whereof the parties have signed before me the said Parish Judge and in presence of the attending witnesses this 22nd day of Feb. 1821 Signed Grammong Filhiol Marie Barbe Filhiol Eli Harris Conrad Linderman Conveyance Book E P 501 Ouachita Parish Court Monroe, Louisiana Marriage Bond Before me Oliver J. Morgan Parish Judge for the Parish of Ouachita in the State of Louisiana, personally appeared James Fort Muse as prinicipal and Grammont Filhiol his security who declared themselves their hieirs and firmly bound into Thomas B. Robertson, Governor of the State of Louisiana and his succesors in office for the time being in the sum of $500.00 by these presents dated this day the 22 day of Feb. 1821. The condition of the above obligationis such wherasa marriage is about to take place between thesaid James Fort Muse and Margaret Adelaide Bourgeat. Now, if there exists no legal empediment to the said intendedmarriage tehn this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and ****. In testimony whereof the parties have signed affixed and acknowledged present to be their actand deedin presence of me the said Parish Judge and in presence of Conrad Linderman and Eli Harris witnesses. State of Louisana Parish of Ouachita Be it remembered that I Oliver J. Morgan in and for the Parish and State aforementioned have this day solemated a marriage between James Fort Muse and Margaret Adelaide Bourgeat minor daughter of Barbe Filhiol widow Bourgeat wife of Conrad Linderman, in presence of the attending witnesses. In testimony whereove I have together with the parties wed and witnesses signedthe present this 22nd day of Feb. 1821.
