Maxwell
	Mr. John James Potts and Miss Flora Maxwell were married in the Parlor of 
the Hotel Carrol, Vicksburg, Wednesday eveing.  Due to the illness of the 
bride's mother the idea of a home wedding was given up.  Judge and Mrs. W.N. 
Potts and Mr. Percy Sandel and Miss Elvie Potts went over to Vicksburg with 
the groom.
	The couple left by the 9:40 Valley train for New Orleans, where they will 
remain a few days before returning to Monroe.  Later in the season Mr. and 
Mrs. Potts will leave for a trip to Mexico and Central America and will 
visit relatives of the groom in the latter country.
