State of Louisiana, Parish of Ouachita

Know All Men by these Presents, That we BUTLER GALLOWAY as principal, and AURBAS
HESTER as security, are held and firmly bound unto R. A. Young, Clerk Fifth
District Court in and for the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, and his
successors in office for the time being in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, and
for the true and final payment thereof we bind ourselves, our heirs,
administrators and assigns.
Signed and dated on this 24 day of December, A.D., 1898.

The condition of the above obligation is such that, Whereas, a marriage is about
to take place between the above bound Mr. B. GALLOWAY and Miss PARTHENY WILLIAMS
and if there shall not exist any legal impediments why the marriage should not
take place, then the above obligation to be void; else to remain in full force
and virtue, according to law.
Signed and acknowledged before me tis 24 day of December A.D. 1898, in the
