JOSEPH SAVOIE
(Secretary of Police Jury)

Borned in 1886 at Pointe-ala-Hatche. He received his early education here 
and later taking up a business course at the Spring Hill College, He 
distinguished himself for proficiency and diligence.

Mr. Savoie has been Secretary for the past four years and has aways been 
a faithful cheif.
