MARTIN-on Monday june 2, 1924 at 2:02 p.m. Lydia Martin, beloved wife of Frank Martin, Sr. aged 54 
years, a native of Pointe a la Hache. Mrs. Martin was the daughter of the late Superintendent of Education 
of our parish, the Hon. Leon Martin and Eugenie Hingle. She is survived by her husband, two sons, Frank 
and Reynold, one brother, Louis Martin and five sisters, Mrs. Davis Martin, Mrs. Vilere Regan, Mrs 
Eusebe Ragas, Mrs John Hanley and Robert Martin all of New Orleans.
