Funeral Services were held for John H Switzer, 65, who died on Monday 
July 30, 1951 at 10:30 p.m. at his residence in Belle Chasse. a native 
of New Orleans and a resident of Belle Chasse for the past 8 years. 
survived by his wife the former Edwig Perez; children Mrs Patrick Olinde 
of Braithwaite, Mrs Edwin Applegate of Los Angles, Mrs Fred E Strader Jr. 
of Bogalusa, John  E Switzer of Alexandria, and Mrs Wallace W Bari Jr of 
Harvey; brother of Mrs. B F Biaggini and Mrs Jeannette Van Vrancken.

its sympathy and condolences to Repreentative and Mrs E W 'Kelly' Gravolet 
Jr of Point a la Hache over the loss of the infant daughter Patricia Grace 
Gravolet, 10 days old who passed awa at Hotel Dieu Dec 8, 1951. St Thomas 
Cemetery.

of  Arthur S Udstad; mother of Mrs Rodney Fertel and Sid J Udstad; 
sister of Mrs Sam Treadaway, Mrs August Pigniolo, Mrs Harry Greiner, 
Mrs Paul Hingle, Nick, Rene, George, Conald, and Raymond Jacomine; 
also survived by 2 grandchildren Jerry and Randy Fertel; a native 
of Homeplace and a resident of Happy Jack for the past 27 years. 
Interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery.

husband of Edith Scobel son of Mrs Annie Collette and the late 
Joseph C Ballay Sr.; brother of Hewitt Ballay and the late Clem 
Ballay; age 39 years; a resident of Homeplace La.; Interment in 
Our Lady of Good Harbor Cemetery; He served as a deputy sheriff 
under the late Sheriff L. D. Dauterive, Sheriff Dr. B. R. Slater 
and at the time of his death, he was under Sheriff Chester Wooton.

age 63 years; a native of Plaquemines Parish and a resident of
