Netherland was born Sept. 16,1948 in Oakland, Calif. He was the son of the late William Netherland and Avanell Welch Nrntherland. He was 62 years old. A lifelong resident of Braithwaite, his survivors including his wife, Mable W. Bienemy; five sons, Dwight, Karry, Eric, Justin and Vincent Bienemy, Jr.; four daughters, Bernice Miller, Marietta Payne, Carolyn Bienemy and Shirlene Espadron'; two brothers, Leroy and Fiast Bienemy; Five sisters, Olivia, Louise, Henrietta, Edna and Geraldine Bienemy; 52 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He was past president of Our Lady of Prompt Succor's Holy Name Society and an usher for Our Lady of Prompt Succor.
