On 8 Aug 1786, he wed Henrietta Gremillon in a double ceremony with his brother Francois, both of whom married sisters. Henrietta Gremillon, born 8 Jan 1772, was the daughter of Louis Gremillon and Marie Joseph Robillar. Louis Bizette is listed on the 1810 Pointe Coupee Census. In 1812, he owned four arpents of land, obtained from Julian Poydras, "fronting the False River facing the Isle" by a depth of forty arpents. This land was bounded on the sides by Antoine Descuir on the west, and Alexander Labore on the east.
