BIZETTE,  MARIE DELTA LEMOINE 

A resident of West Baton Rouge Parish, she died at 5:35 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 
23, 1999, at Pointe Coupee General Hospital, New Roads. She was 84 and a 
native of Chenal. Visiting at Holy Family Catholic Church, Port Allen, 8:30 
a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Wednesday, celebrated by the 
Rev. Henry Vavasseur. Interment in Chenal Cemetery, Jarreau. Survived by six 
sisters, Alta Roshto, Port Allen, Nellie Bizette, New Roads, Audrey Jarreau, 
Erwinville, Shirley David, Ventress, Katherine Parnell, Denham Springs, and 
Dorothy Scarbrough, Port Allen; a brother, Joseph Arnaud Lemoine Jr., Brusly; 
and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Ignace 
Joseph Bizette; mother, Marie Eve Guillaume Lemoine; father and stepmother, 
Joseph Arnaud Lemoine Sr. and Edmae Lemoine; a sister, Mary Ruby Furneaux; 
and a brother, Joseph Halley Lemoine. She was a member of Holy Family 
Catholic Church, Port Allen. Wilbert Funeral Home, Port Allen, in charge of 
arrangements.
