Church met to previous appointment. After devotional exercises the priviledges of the church were extended. Two offered by letter and were received into full fellowship. Was announced in conference. Minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. Peace of the church called for. In peace. The delegated who were appointed to attend the district meeting came forward and reported. New business called for. On motion of Brother John Strother we appoint a day to begin work on a new church house. On motion we come prepared at our next regular meeting to take up a collection for Brother Mayo. Adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. J. H. Strother, Clerk. Sunday July 28, 1890. Church met to previous appointment. Adjourned to the water side where baptism was administered to one candidate. Returned to the house and after devotional extercises were conducted by the pastor the priviledges of the church were extended. None offered. The right hand of church fellowship was given to the candidate. No further business coming up, adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. J. H. Strother, Clerk Saturday Aug. 23, 1890. Church met to previous appointment. After devotional exercises were conduced by the pastor the priviledges of the church were extended. Two offered by letter and one under the watch care of the church. On motion were received. Were announced in conference. Minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. On motion went into election for our pastor and clerk, which resulted in the choice of Rev. Mayo as pastor and J. H. Strother as clerk. We then proceeded to elect delegates to attend the district meeting and the association which resulted in the choice of Bros. W. Cloud, F. Perkins and J. H. Strother as delegates, and L. S. WIlli, Matthew Willis and Frank Perkins as alternates to attend the association. On motion postponed the collection for Brother Mayo until our next regular meeting. Adjourned until tomorrow at 11a.m. A. D. Mayo, Mod. J. H. Strother, Clerk Sunday August 24, 1890. Met persuant to adjournment. After devotional exercises by Bros. Nichols and Mayo the priviledges of the church were extended. None offered. On motion went into conference to complet unfinished business. The associational letter was read and adopted as read. After devotional services the priviledges of the church was extended. None offered. Were announced in conference. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted.
