Church met persuant to adjournment. After devotional exercises the priviledges of the church were extended. None offered. Adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. J. H. Strother, Clerk. Saturday Feb. 21, 1891. Church met to previous adjournment after singing and prayer. The church proceeded to business by appointing John Strother Moderator. New business called for. Brother M. Peterson made a short talk on the duty of the members during the absence of the pastor. On motion a charge was preferred against Critenden Perkins. Discussed by F. Perkins, L. S. Willis and John Strother. On motion it was decided to lay the matter over til our next meeting and send a committee to see the brother. A charge was preferred against Willie Thompson for drunkenness. After devotional exercises was announced in conference. Minutes of the last meeting read and adopted. The case of Brother Critenden Perkins was then taken up, and the brother was pardoned. Sister M. After devotional services the priviledges of the church were extended. None offered. By announcement of the pastor went into conference. Minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. The peach of the church was called for and it was reported in peace. New business called. On motion a charge was preferred against Wm. Willis for misconduct. Discussed by Bros. F. Perkins, L. S. Willis, A. D. Mayo and John Strother. On motion he was excluded. On motion took a collection to buy a new church book. The collection amounted to $1.75. No further business adjourned in order. A. D.
