Church met according to appointment. After devotional exercises the priviledges of the church were extended. None offered. Was announced in conference. The Clerk being absent, on motion Brother M. Peterson was appointed Clerk pro.tem. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. Brother M. Peterson arose and stated as he had been sent as a committee to Occupy Church to secure Sister Martha Doyl's letter that the church was mistaken and that she desired to be baptized. On motion she was received for baptism. Peace of the church called for. On motion a charge was preferred against Brother D. L. Willis for participating in the ball room. On motion he was excluded. Sister Olive Hatch called for her letter of dismission. On motion it was granted. Sister Marilla Hatch also desired her letter of dismission, and on motion it was granted. No further business coming up adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. M. Peterson, Clerk pro.tem. Sunday September 25, 1892. Church met according to appointment. After the baptism of Sisters Martha Doyl and Ada Doyl and J. Davis returned to the house. After devotional exercises were conducted by Bros. D. M. Belvin and A. D. Mayo the priviledges of the church were extended. One offered, Sister Clara Castilo for restitution. On motion was received into full fellowship of the church with the candidates who were baptized. Bebediction by Brother D. M. Belvin. A. D. Mayo, Mod. M. Peterson, Clerk pro.tem. Bethel October 22, 1892. Church met for business. After devotional exercises conducted by L. M. Nichols and A. D. Mayo, the priviledges of the church were extended. Two offered, John Coker for restoration, and on motion was received; and Wm. Wilson by experience, and on motion was received for baptism. Was announced in conference. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. Peace of the church called for, when Brother L. S. Willis claimed no fellowship with our minister. Discussed and laid over until our next meeting. Brother Wm. Draddy was presented for using profane language, and on motion was excluded. Went into election for delegates to attend the council meeting which resulted in the choice of Bros. M. Peterson, D. M. Belvin and James Ware. On motion adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. O. S. Willis, Clerk Sunday Oct. 23, 1892 After devotional exercises were conducted by Rev. L. M. Nickols and A. D. Mayo the priviledges of the church were extended. Sister M. E. Strother for restoration and on motion was received. Peggy Lard by experience and on motion was received for baptism.
