After devotional exercises were conducted by Brother D. M. Belvin, Brother D. M. Belvin was appointed Moderator pro tem. Was announced in conference. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. Peace of the church called for. Stated in peace. No further business called for adjourned in order. D. M. Belvin, Mod. pro tem. O. S. Willis, Clerk Sunday the 27th. Church met for business. After devotional exercises were conducted by Brother A. D. Mayo the priviledges of the church were extended. Four offered: J. A. Fee by letter, Delviny Dyer, S. J. Cloud, and Bro. Henry Strother. On motion they were received. Adjourned to the water side where the pastor baptized Emy Cloud, Ellen Ware and Bro. Wm. Lard. Returned to the house where the candidates were received into full fellowship of the church. No further business coming up adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. O. S. Willis, Clerk Bethel, March 25, 1893. Church met for business. After devotional exercise were conducted by Brother D. M. Belvin; the pastor being absent, on motion Bro. John Strother was appointed Moderator. After prayer by the moderator was announced in conference. Minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. Peace of the church (called for) when two candidates, Bro. Wm. Wilson and G. Johnson were presented for not coming to be baptized. On motion we withdrew our Christian fellowship from them. After devotional exercises were conducted by the pastor the priviledges of the church were extended. None offered. Were announced in conference. The minutes of our last meeting were read and adopted. On motion the Moderator appointed messengers to the Council meeting as follows: Andrew Rodriguez and O. S. Willis. On motion adjourned. A. D. Mayo, Mod. O. S. Willis, Clerk Sunday April 23, 1893. Church met (persuant to) adjournment at 10 a.m. Adjourned to the water side where the pastor baptized (Misses) S. J. Cloud and Melviny Dyer. Returned to the house.
