After devotional exercises were conducted by Brother J. H. Strother. The pastor being absent, on motion Brother John Strother was appointed Moderator pro tem. Was announced in conference. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. Peach of the church called for. In peace. General or miscellaneous business. Sister Lilima Willis was presented for not coming to the church. On motion withdrew our fellowship from her. Sister Clara Castilo and Brother Jerry Cloud were presented for using profane language. On motion were excluded. Brother Wm. Pharel made his acknowledgements for using profand language. One motion the brother was pardoned. On motion went into election for pastor and clerk, which resulted in the choice of A. D. Mayo for pastor and O. S. Willis clerk. Went into election of delegates to attend the council meetings which resulted in the choice of Brethren Matthew Willis, Walter Cloud and Alexander Strother as delegates, and Frank Perkins, Daniel Lard and O.S.
