Sunday August 27, 1893. Church met persuant to ) adjournment at 10 a.m. After devotional exercises were conducted by A. D. Mayo the priviledges of the church were extended. None offered. On motion went into conference to finish some business. Took up a collection for associational purposes. Received 85 cents. The associational letter was read and adopted as read. Adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. O. S. Willis, Clerk. Bethel Oct. 21, 1893. Church met for business after devotional exercises were conducted by G. N. Strother and A. D. Mayo. The priviledges of the church was extended. None offered. Was announced in conference. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. References called for when Brother Walter Cloud made his report from the association, and stated that the association requested each (member) to pay $1.00 for missionary purposes in Mt. Olive Association. On motion John Strother and O. S. Willis were appointed as a committee to collect until our next regular meeting and report the amount they might get. On motion Bros. L. S. Willis, J. H. Strother and O. S. Willis were appointed as delegates to visit the council meeting, and Bryant Dyer and Matthew Willis as alternates. Brother F. Perkins by request called for Bro. M. Peterson's letter of dismission. On motion it was granted. Adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. O. S. Willis, Clerk. Sunday October 22, /93. Church met to adjournment at 11 a.m. After devotional exercises were conducted by Bro. G. N. Strother, J. H. Strother and A. D. Mayo the priviledges of the church were extenden, one offered, Martha Ray for restoration. On motion was received. No further business coming up adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. O. S. Willis, Clerk. Bethel November 25, 1893. Church met for business. After devotional exercises were conducted by J. H. Strother and A. D. Mayo the priviledges of the church were extended. None offered. Was announced in conference. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. Peace of the church called for and it was reported not in peace. On motion the Moderator appointed delegates to the Council meeting held at Bethel as follows: Frank Perkins, James Ware and Alexander Strother as delegates, and Bryant Dyer and Walter Cloud as alternates.
