The Pastor being absent, on motion Bro. James Ware was appointed Moderator pro tem. Was announced in conference. The minutes of the last meeting was read and adopted as read. Peace called for. Bro. Wm. McDaniel was presented for non fellowship with Sisters Emily Willis and Olive Johnson. Discussed and laid over until our next meeting. Bro. Frank Perkins made Bro. John Coker and Lucinda Johnson's acknowledgements for participating in the ball room. On motion they were pardoned. Sister Mary Willis was presented for not coming to the church and being baptized. On motion the church withdrew their Christian fellowship from the sister. Adjourned in order. James Ware, Mod. pro.tem. O. S. Willis, Clerk Bethel May 26, 1894. Church met for business. After devotional exercises were conducted by Bro. J. H. Strother, G. N. Strother and A. D. Mayo the priviledges of the church were extended. One offered, Willie Strother, by experience. On motion was received. Was announced in conference. Minutes of the last meeting read and adopted. References called for and declared settled. Peace of the church called for - in peace. Miscelaneous business called for. Bro. J. M. Davis called for a letter fro himself and Wm. Lard. On motion they were granted. Resolved that we commune and wash feet at our next regular meeting. No further business coming up adjourned in order. A. D. May, Mod. O. S. Willi, Clerk Bethel, Sunday May 27, 1894. Church met at 10 a.m. and adjourned to the water side where the pastor baptized Bro. James Willis, Jackson Willis and Willie Strother. Returned to the house. after devotional exercises were conducted by Bros. Joseph Rodriguez, J. H. Strother and A. D. Mayo the priviledges of the church were extended. Four offered, J. G. Strother, Wm. McDaniel, and Dew Buxton for restoration and appillonia Cloud for baptism. On motion they were received. Took a collection for Bro. Mayo amounting to $10.05. No further business, adjourned in order. A. D. May, Mod. O. S. Willi, Clerk Bethel, June 23, 1894. Church met for business. After devotional exercises were conducted by Eld. A. D. Mayo and J. H. Strother the priviledges of the church were extended. None offered. Was announced in conference. Met at 10 a.m. Adjourned to the water side where the Pastor baptized Sister Appalonia Cloud. Returned to the house. After devotional exercises the priviledges of the church were extended.
