D. Mayo for Pastor, G. N. Strother, assistance Pastor and O. S. WIllis as Clerk. On motion the Moderator appointed the following delegates to the association: John Strother, L. S. WIllis, Matthew Willis and Frank Perkins as delegates, and Harvey Odom, O. S. Willis, and J. G. Strother as Alternates. On motion adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. O. S. Willis, Clerk. Sunday July 24, 1895. Church met for business. Adjourned to the water side. The priviledges of the church was offered. Solomon Ware (offered) for baptism and on motion was received. Bro. Mayo then baptized Bros. Rasmus Stanley, D. B. Perkins, Andrew West and Allen Draddy, and Sister Leona West. Returned to the house. After devotional exercises the priviledges of the church were extended. Four offered, John West, Peter Perkins, and Marion Doyl for baptism, and Romelzy Willis for restoration. On motion they were received. No further business coming up adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. O. S. Willis, Clerk Bethel August 24, 1895. Church met for business. After devotional exercises were conducted by Bro. G. N. Strother, the priviledges of the church were extended. Three offered. J. A. Johnson, James Ware Jr., and Sister E. L. Johnson for baptism. On motion they were received. Was announced in conference. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. Peace called for. Not in peace. The clerk then read Bro. Albert Johnson's letter of dismission from Union Hill Church. On motion he was received. Bro. WIllis then stated that Bro. Johnson wished a letter of dismission from the church. On motion it was granted. No further business coming up, adjourned in order. G. N. Strother, Mod. O. S. Willis, Clerk Sunday August 25, 1895. Met to adjournment at 10 a.m. Adjourned to the water side where Bro. G. N. Strother baptized Bro. John West, J. A. Johnson, Peter Perkins, Marion Doyl and Solomon Ware, and Sister E. L. Johnson and James Ware Jr. Returned to the house. After devotional exercises were conducted by Elders J. O. Strother, Oliver Perkins and G. N. Strother the priviledges of the church were extended. Two offered, P. F. Doyl for baptism and Carolyn Bloodworth. On motion they were received. On motion went into conference. The associational letter was read, and adopted with one correction. Not in peace. General or miscellaneous business called for. On motion the Moderator appointed delegates to the Coincil meeting as follows: O. S. Willis, Harvey Odom, E. H. Willis and Willie Strother.
