Minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. Took up the reference on Wm. Buxton. On motion it was laid over until our next regular meeting. On motion the deacons took up a collection for to buy a book to write the church's past record in. On motion adjourned in order. A. D. Mayo, Mod. Willie Strother, Clerk Sunday March 28, 1897. Met to previous appointment. On motion went into conference for the purpose of organizing a Sunday school. On motion John Strother was appointed Super- intendent, and Bro. G. N. Strother, Assistant Superintendent. On motion adjourned for preaching. After devotional exercises conducted by L. M. Nichols the priviledges of the church were extended. None offered. On motion charges were preferred against Sisters Preela Doyl and Ersulia Willis for living in adultery. On motion they were excluded. On motion the moderator appointed Bros. B. Dyer, O. S.
