After divine service by Brother W. D. Godwin and Brother W. Hamilton, met in conference. No business came before the body. Motion for adjournment was in order. Godwin, met in conference. MInutes read and approved. Brother Isaac Perkins' ordination was called for. Not granted. Done by order of the church in conference. W. D. Godwin, Moderator. L. Willis, Church Clerk Saturday before the second Lord'd day in September 1874. After divine service by Brother Jarrell and Brother W. D. Godwin, met in conference. Brother Gibson Perkins calls for a letter of dismission for himself and his wife and his daughter and it was granted. On motion Brother W. D. Godwin was called for our next year's supply. Hamilton, met in conference. Brother Polk Willis and Sidney Coker were presented before the church for difference and it was laid over until our regular conference in May. Brother L. Willis, Church Clerk On Saturday before the first Lord's day in June 1878. After divine services by Brother Hamilton met in conference. Privileges of the church was extended. None offered. Visiting brethern invited to seats with us. Minutes called for. None read. On motion Brother Alexander Strother and his wife were presented before the church for living in adultery, and were excluded from the fellowship of the church. On motion Sister Martha Doyl was [was] presented before the church for harboring adultrous conduct and was excluded from the fellowship of the church. Also Brother Polk Willis was presented before the church for an attempt yo murder and was excluded from the fellowship of the church. Done by order of the church in conference. Brother Warren Hamilton, Mod. Solomon Strother, Chs. Clk. On Saturday before the first Lord's day in August, 1879. After divine service by Brother Godwin, On motion went into conference. Minutes called for, read and adopted. No further business being presented before the body, on motion we adjourned. On the sabbath day following, Sister Sophia Buxton called for a letter of dismission from the church and it was granted her.
